We booked everything on-line and received follow up emails as well as a call close to delivery date. Our bounce houses were delivered well within the time frame we were given. The driver was very kind, gave great instruction, and took his time cleaning upon set up as well. We had rented both a bouncy house and the double slip Ns slide with a pool at the end. Everything was picked up early the next morning as well. I will recommend It'z My Party Rentals to anyone who is looking for a bounce house for any occasion! Thank you!!
