I sent my necklace out to get repaired right before the holidays, the lady working with us said they would call to let us know it was ready, I never received a phone call. I had to call them to ask if my necklace was ready. I get to the store to pick it up, the necklace is the wrong length and the guy did not want to help us sort it out nor did he try and help us come up with a solution to the issue.
