That's where all the problems started. They became uncooperative and rude. They didn't tell us that you can't get the products from one rent a center and pay at another you have to pay at the store your contract is out of. Knowing we were moving an hour+ away we should have been informed of that. When on the phone with them trying to figure out payment i was given nothing but an attitude from the female manager. I switched my contract to the taunton store and have bern met with nothing but amazing customer service. Must just be the hyannis store.
